Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are designed to create communities around topics of interest, practice areas and/or care models.
The field of sleep and chronobiology has a broad spectrum. Thus, we need specialized interest groups in order to cover all areas of sleep research, all medical aspects of sleep medicine and the whole chronobiological knowledge, respectively. A special interest group (SIG) allows to produce solutions within a particular field such as e.g. the evaluation of chronobiological procedures or to create specific treatment guidelines. Within the recent years different SIGs with members from all regions of Switzerland were established (in alphabetical order):
– Pediatric Sleep
– Sleep & Psychiatry
